findAncestorWithClass implementation error

The implementation of this method (in fact the whole class) hasn't changed 
between 4.0.1 and 4.1.27.

Further the tomcat team has no control over this class. Issues need to be 
reported to the JSP spec team - jsp-spec-comments@eng.sun.com

Based on the above this could be an INVALID or a WONTFIX. I am going to mark 
it is INVALID as I am not convinced that there is a bug here.

If you re-open this bug please provide a deployable war (with source code) 
that demonstrates the issue.
