i just code a simple app.using netbeans 5.0 with bundle tomcat 5.59 when i add a
simple validation rule and run the server, it's fails and i have this  message :
javax.servlet.UnavailableException: Cannot load a validator resource from
'/WEB-INF/validator-rules.xml,/WEB-INF/validation.xml'these two xml file were
generated by netbeans and are present in WEB-INF folder, i have put DTD file in
the same folder and assure that all sturts jar file are in the lib directory.
but nothing works.
