Still Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English UI /
German locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1566800 - 2014-02-12]" on German
WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile: Source code pane can be
resized, but mouse pointer view does not change. vertical separator between
'Watch' and 'Call' not affected.
I think most users will see this one as General / UI issue

Was Still ok with OOo 3.3.0, so REGRESSION; more version tests later
