xdoclet support for Axis

I've just noticed that we now have Xdoclet support for Axis:
http://xdoclet.sourceforge.net/xdoclet/tags/apache-tags.html

It looks like the tags are supported in the <ejbdoclet> task, which 
generates deploy.wsdd and undeploy.wsdd files; gives you control over 
which things to export, etc.

Its a start, there is more fun we could have there. But it is nice to 
have someone else maintaining it.
