oozie.service.StatusTransitService.backward.support.for.coord.status: true
0.1 coord xml
after coord job finish and SUCCEEDED, rerun all coord actions.
the coord job and actions become RUNNING.
after all actions finish and SUCCEEDED, the coord job still in RUNNING.
in 2.2.5, when coord job/actions SUCCEEDED, and rerun the coord action, coord job status does not change, i.e., it
remains SUCCEEDED.
