Tried to make an RU,

* Deployed clustered, enabled Namenode HA, distributed bits
* Attempt to begin an RU (through both UI and curl call)

Saw this on two clusters (Ubuntu and SP3) with MySQL Ambari DB that I deployed to EC2.
