STR:
Go to Add service wizard and select Ranger service
Go to service configuration page -> Advanced Ranger tab
Expected Result: Advanced tab has 1 error count for the invalidated config seen in Admin settings.
Actual Result: Advanced tab has 3 error count
Error count should be the summation of all invalidated config visible at that time.
