Attached patch checks if targetPath has been set for a resource and calls archive with prifix if it has. 

Existing tests all pass. 
I have not added a test for new functionality, can do it needed.

It might be that if targetPath is set then the plugin should add a duplicate to the archive - I do not know how people use the plugin.
