Overview Description: requests for "http://www.louisiana.edu/Web" and
"http://www.louisiana.edu/Web/" are redirected to
"http://www.louisiana.edu/AboutUs/IndexAZ.shtml" even though expected behavior
is to reach "http://www.louisiana.edu/Web/"

Steps to Reproduce:
1) compile Apache and include following in "httpd.conf"
<Directory "/web/docs">
    Options FollowSymLinks Includes
    AllowOverride All
    Allow from all
</Directory>
2) include following in "/web/docs/.htaccess" (written on 1 line):
RedirectMatch 301 ^/Web/[Ii]ndex(.*) http://www.louisiana.edu/AboutUs/IndexAZ.shtml
3) request "http://www.louisiana.edu/Web" or "http://www.louisiana.edu/Web/"

Actual Results: redirection to "http://www.louisiana.edu/AboutUs/IndexAZ.shtml"

Expected Results: no redirection (i.e., reach "http://www.louisiana.edu/Web/")

Attempts to Resolve and Results:
1) commenting/pounding out RedirectMatch line in "/opt/httpd/htdocs/.htaccess"
results in requests for "http://www.louisiana.edu/Web" and
"http://www.louisiana.edu/Web/" reaching "http://www.louisiana.edu/Web/" as
expected; however, uncommenting line results in unexpected behavior
2) checked FAQ and bug report database but saw nothing applicable

Error Log: nothing reported

Server Log: request has status 200 and appears normal (1 line in log below)
