[I] Disable jemalloc by default and phase out [kvrocks]
err931 opened a new issue, #3205:
URL: https://github.com/apache/kvrocks/issues/3205
### Search before asking
- [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/kvrocks/issues) and found no similar issues.
### Motivation
The jemalloc has reached **EOL**, and RocksDB, which previously relied on it, has disabled its use by default.
See: https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/blob/v10.5.1/CMakeLists.txt#L90
Accordingly, if the Kvrocks core is designed to operate without a dependency on jemalloc, it is recommended to disable jemalloc by default and develop a plan for its gradual deprecation.
### Solution
As above.
### Are you willing to submit a PR?
- [x] I'm willing to submit a PR!

Hmm... If it's intentionally built in, I can understand why it's hard to decide to remove it.
---
However, since jemalloc has already reached EOL, any future vulnerabilities will remain unpatched, which could potentially lead to severe security incidents.
As an alternative, I propose replacing jemalloc with [mimalloc](https://github.com/microsoft/mimalloc).
mimalloc is distributed under the MIT license, so it complies with ASF requirements. Furthermore, since it allows for drop-in replacement, adding instructions to the README would also be helpful for users.
I hope you will consider this option.

According to this [article](https://jasone.github.io/2025/06/12/jemalloc-postmortem/), jemalloc is indeed being gradually abandoned by meta, and may not receive any major updates in the future. Maybe it's good time to think about the alternative of jemalloc.

Jemalloc is not deprecated.
It's still maintained at https://github.com/facebook/jemalloc
I think it's just something happened in Meta jemalloc team.
Rocksdb disabled jemalloc by default for a long time and is not for this reason.

I've confirmed that the maintenance of jemalloc has been transferred to `facebook/jemalloc`. This resolves the security concerns, so I will close this Issue.

Yes, I agree that we should replace the EOL dependency in the future. But for jemalloc, which is a key component for memory management, I think we MUST have a drop-in solution before removing it.

I'm not familiar with mimalloc or tcmalloc, but I'm good with this because both of them are widely used. cc @apache/kvrocks-committers

I think, tcmalloc if preferred for us

@err931 Thanks for proposing this. I think we cannot simply disable the jemalloc by default, as it will heavily impact the memory usage. Another approach could introduce another mature memory management like tcmalloc, and use it as the default allocator for Kvrocks and rocksdb instead of using the glibc allocator by default.

It seems to be a quite old change instead of from a recent commit?
