Who owns docker builds?

As part of IMPALA-4047 <https://issues.cloudera.org/browse/IMPALA-4047>
some changes to the impala docker scripts seem necessary
<https://gerrit.cloudera.org/#/c/4187/3/tests/comparison/leopard/impala_docker_env.py>.
During the discussion the question arose who owns the docker builds. There
is also IMPALA-4085 <https://issues.cloudera.org/browse/IMPALA-4085> related
to this.

Does someone currently own the docker build infrastructure and scripts?
