We have been doing some battery tests recently and I found it necessary to re-write the mobile-spec battery test to see better exactly what was happening.

The current mobile-spec battery test was difficult to use for a number of reasons, including:
* No indication which listeners are active made it hard to know what to expect
* No if/else in updateInfo function, so "crit" and "low" values were sometimes not updated
* No way to clear the displayed info so not always sure when it was updating
