Thanks Alek :) and I saw there are number of threads of Axis performance
on the dev list. I am feel looking in to that should help as well.

yes Encoding redesign and JAXB fell in the same line. (But One can migrate
to JAXB with out redesign the encoidng. I just learn that JAXME encoding
impl is written in Axis SAX based encoding in mind.)

i think it will be important to record and discuss use cases starting 
with those mentioned by Glen such as "Performance issues" 
<http://nagoya.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS-1497> that will lead to 
"encoding redesign" and other mentioned on mailing list - i have added 
few such use cases to the wiki page...
