Remove some files
Hi,
I noticed that the trunk has some files like:
LICENSE.TXT
NOTICE.TXT
checkstyle-license.txt
Are they useful? If not, WDYT to remove them?

As usually in the /META-INF but not in the root of JARs. See [1] for instance.

IMHO it is redundant to have LICENSE file in the repo and it is
inconsistent with other Maven source repos. NOTICE was wrong. See [2]
vs [1].

Will they still be included in source distribution as well as the JARs?
I don't think there's any harm in having the license in the source
repository as well.
