The org.apache.camel.builder.xml.XsltUriResolver#resolve should have similar support for bean and ref as we have in org.apache.camel.util.ResourceHelper#resolveMandatoryResourceAsInputStream(org.apache.camel.CamelContext, java.lang.String)
