   ### Motivation
   
   When users create or drop a table which has log system, it need to create or drop topic for kafka automatically. Then users can only care about paimon table. After Paimon has internal log system such as #1249 , we can switch the log systems and users are unconscious.

   After a simple discussion with @JingsongLi , we will add an interface to register Paimon table to logsystem for ddl and users can implement customized registration according to their needs.
