[RESULT][VOTE]: Release Apache OpenOffice 4.1.0 (RC4)

The vote period to release the AOO 4.1.0 RC4 (based on release
branch AOO410, revision 1589052) as Apache OpenOffice 4.1 has ended.

The ballot results in 28 votes, 28 +1 votes including 12 binding PMC
member votes.

3 binding +1 votes are necessary for the release. That means the ballot
closed successful to release the RC as AOO 4.1 Beta.

of course not, I read it so many times and still haven't noticed this.

It's definitely AOO 4.1.0 and the number of binding votes is 14. I
missed YueShen Fan and Kazunari Hirano as PMC members, sorry for that.

definitely no 4.0.1 patch, the patch mechanism needs some further work
(and testing) to make it 100% usable and reliable. It will definitely
come in the future but I can't say for sure for which version.

This was obviously a copy&paste mistake, what you meant was

> as Apache OpenOffice 4.1.0

One question: will there be a 4.0.1 to 4.1.0 msp patch?
