Forms block samples: OnTabShownHandlers for fi:group with styling type 'choice'

In the forms block samples in forms-page-styling.xsl onTabShownHandlers are
available for an fi:group with styling type 'tabs'. It would be handy to
have to have them also available for styling type 'choice'.
