The latest update to this PR also fixes an issue with the `getObject()` method for ColumnValueSelector created by the numeric `*DimensionIndexer` implementations, where the method didn't account for null handling default values.
Update the PR title to reflect that this PR fixes multiple numeric null handling issues.
