This is not possible as the camel-olingo4-api module uses non exported packages from the olingo-server-core

import org.apache.olingo.server.core.uri.UriResourceFunctionImpl;
import org.apache.olingo.server.core.uri.parser.Parser;
import org.apache.olingo.server.core.uri.parser.UriParserException;
import org.apache.olingo.server.core.uri.validator.UriValidationException;

You cannot use sub packages such as uri. That parser is internal apparently.
