Building Again in Jenkins

And we are finally building on Jenkins
(https://builds.apache.org/job/flume-trunk/) due to:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLUME-1554 Sorry about that
guys, I thought we would be piggy backing off the work the hadoop hdfs
guys did to get an update protoc installed but they apparently use
different build machines than us.
