linkmap.html as sitemap (hidden feature)

Hello!

We've discovered a "feature" of forrest that seems
to be useful (an might need improvement):

When pointing your browser at
   http://localhost:8888/linkmap.html
forrest delivers kind of a sitemap (toc).

It may be worth mentioning somewhere in the docs.
It could be nicer, though.

Does anybody know, which XSLT is responsible for
creating it?
