How to run multiple Tomcat instances through NT service?

I installed Tomcat as an NT services. How can I configure Tomcat so that I
can run multiple Tomcat instances through NT service? The document
"webapps\tomcat-docs\RUNNING.txt" only tells me how to do that through Dos
command sript.

Any idea?
