Doug Service updated REEF-1636:

    Description: This task will remove all managed C++ which was isolated in REEF-1635. A new pure C++ dll will be added that has of the functionality in Org.Apache.REEF.Bridge. The C# isolation layer added in REEF-1635 will then be modified to call into the pure C++ dll. When this transition is complete the managed C++ will be removed.  (was: This task will remove all managed C++ and replace it with calls from pinvoke.)
