I've been watching for this over the last couple months. It doesn't come up as
often as I had previously thought, but it does turn out to be the problem most
of the time that people see this error. I'll attempt to add a small remark about
this in the Listen doc and get this closed. Sorry for the long inactivity.

Something like "Multiple Listen directives will cause an 'Address already in
use' error message, and cause the server to fail on startup.'
