Spindle 3.0.18 available

There are no bug fixes in this one - sorry OSX man, haven't found it yet.

New in this release is the "Show In Package Explorer" and "Open Declaration"
actions (right click context menu in the specification editor). First cut so
it only works if you click on the 'type' parameter of a <component> or just
about any 'class' parameter.

The action is caret based, just like the java editor, so you have to have
the cursor (not the mouse) in the zone before right clicking.

One caveat, things that are in jar files are hard to "Show In.." If the jar
is included in more than one project, "Show In " will fail silently. Open
Declaration works though.

Anybody willing to throw together a few page Getting Started guide (html)?
