FOP -> dll ???????????

HI Community,

I have a question about possibility
to generate a dll that perform PDF file using FOP Java class.
Somebody know some tool or method to generate
a dll from Java Code??
I know that this perform is incorrect (open source like
Java that become a Microsoft dll) but I need it!!!!!!!!!
