Mike Drob commented on ACCUMULO-1758:
-------------------------------------
Is this best implemented in Accumulo itself, or managed through whatever query application is doing the expiration? I don't think Accumulo has a concept of sessions.

> It'd be useful to be able to set an Accumulo table to expire in a certain period of time or a certain period from the last activity upon it. This feature will facilitate things like query specific searches that require building up a set of data but then not needing it past the lifetime of a session.
