**Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
As a user I want to be able to extend datafusion-python with third party libraries. This support exists for many things such as table providers, user defined functions, and others. This issue is to expose the [new `FFI_TableProviderFactory`](https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/20326) in `datafusion-ffi`.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add support to SessionConfig to add TableProviderFactory support. Once registered it should allow for `ctx.sql("CREATE EXTERNAL TABLE ...")`.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
None
**Additional context**
This is needed to allow third party libraries to expose `CREATE EXTERNAL TABLE` DDL support.
