> After extending the rules on aggregates to use grouping sets in CALCITE-461, there is remaining work to do in order to remove usage of {{org.apache.calcite.util.Bug.CALCITE_461_FIXED}}. In particular, CALCITE_461_FIXED is still blocking {{plan.SubstitutionVisitor.unifyAggregates}} and {{sql2rel.RelDecorrelator.decorrelateRel}}. Both methods should be extended to support grouping sets.
