[jira] [Created] (PROTON-2147) Travis CI fails on macOS with xcode10.1 due to OpenSSL library not found

Jiri Daněk created PROTON-2147:
----------------------------------

             Summary: Travis CI fails on macOS with xcode10.1 due to OpenSSL library not found
                 Key: PROTON-2147
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PROTON-2147
             Project: Qpid Proton
          Issue Type: Test
    Affects Versions: proton-c-0.30.0
            Reporter: Jiri Daněk
            Assignee: Jiri Daněk

https://travis-ci.org/apache/qpid-proton/jobs/615663504#L277

{noformat}
-- Could NOT find OpenSSL, try to set the path to OpenSSL root folder in the system variable OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR (missing: OPENSSL_INCLUDE_DIR)
{noformat}

The build is using openssl installed by homebrew, but it is not explicitly installing this library. This used to work fine, but for some reason, it stopped being available recently.
