Hi,

I am using Spamassassin 3.4.1 on FreeBSD 11.1p9 and sendmail+tls+sasl2-8.15.2.
I am experiencing the same iussue.

If the spam mail have an empty subj the result tagged mail will have the
following headers having:

rewrite_header  Subject [ SPAM ] -
