[Trinidad] how to build Trinidad ?

Hi,

not sure if Andrew sent out a heads-up or not.
If yes, ignore this mail. If not... enjoy :-)

Since Trinidad has to build w/ JDK5, Andrew added some magic for doing that.
However... this requires eventually some extra configuration work on
your side...
