[jira] Commented: (HADOOP-2265) [Hbase Shell] Addition of LIKE
operator for a select-condition

stack commented on HADOOP-2265:
-------------------------------
Can the 'character' be a regex Edward? LIKE should probably be done as a MR job Edward? Should it have an option that says 'run-as-a-MR' or should the shell just 'know' when an MR is needed (It has an idea of how many rows/how big cells are)?
