[jira] Commented: (JS2-1201) Administrative tab does not have PALM. Also j2-admin does not have portlet application lifecycle lister class.

Hi,

The PALM has been merged into PAM since 2.2.0.
You can find pam.psml containing j2-admin::RegistryApplicationsList portlet which enables to manage portlet application lifecycles.

> There is no PALM.psml page in Administrative folder. Also there is no application lifecycle listener class and portlet definition in portlet.xml in j2-admin.

Hi,

Do you see your portlet application name in the list?
It's supposed to show the stop link if the portlet application is running and it
is not a local application.
Also, it's supposed to show the undeploy link if it is stopped and it is not a
local application.
By the way, do you think your portlet application was started by tomcat?
If it's not started by tomcat for any reason, Jetspeed-2 cannot handle any more.

Regards,

Woonsan

Hi,

in pam.psml, registered portlet do appear, but only demo application
portlets do have stop links. The problem is I built a portlet, with wrong
jdk, placed the war in the deploy dir. Now I want to undeploy that, but
nowhere undeploy or stop link appears in administrative portlets.

Thanks,
MM
