First impressions

There’s no summary
No step-by-step walkthru
There's basic information about the user's system. I know she runs a
WindowsVista-machine, and that the bug is in version 3.0 of OOO.
What is “a certificate”? I don’t know if it’s some template in OOO, is the user
trying to use a website certificate, or is it some kind of special file? It
would have helped a lot if the user had uploaded the file that caused her
trouble.
The instructions are very vague. “...I click on the PDF button...”. There are
no PDF-button at all, as far as I can see, but there are no more than two
alternatives in the menu. “PDF” and “export as PDF”.
I know where to start looking if I want to replicate the bug, but the
instructions are not enough since there are many alternative ways of doing what
the user wanted.
The report is very short, too short.
No ideas for follow-up tests.
The report is weak and too general. It’s not useful.

Reproduction
I was not able to replicate the bug.
No file to test.
No reproduction steps.
I need more information to correctly replicate the bug. I had to guess way too
much.

Follow up tests
Make a presentation with at least 3 slides. Insert JPG, GIF, Animated GIF and
text. Now, save the file as PDF, and also try the alternative export file to
PDF.
Also, save the same file as a standard OOO-file.
Compare the files by using the context menu and choose ‘properties’.
Check size and file ending.

Speculation
The user is not speculating in any way.
