   ### Motivation
   
   Soemtimes user has partition-topic with large number of partition (> 100) and in that case, user wants admin-api to get internal-stats of all partitioned-topics to avoid multiple call.
   
   ### Modifications
   
   add admin-api to get intenral-stats of partitioned topic.
