-----------------------------------------------------------

I get why this is a "New Feature", however there is an underlying bug here that can perhaps be addressed more readily. I'm using cordova 2.8.14 and can't 'cordova build' because my plugins/ has a .svn/ in it. For now I will remove the plugins dir from svn

> The follow error is thrown when building a project under SVN version control:
> {code}
> Error: ENOENT, no such file or directory 'plugins/.svn/plugin.xml'
> {code}
> With .cordovaignore, we can treat it like a .gitignore and {{glob}} for all files inside .cordovaignore and prevent them from being used in any filesystem-related activities within cordova cli.
