[VOTE] Peter Reilly as committer

Hi,

I would like to propose Peter Reilly as an Ant committer. He has submitted a
number of patches that advance the Ant core fanctions as well as helping out
answering questions on the user list. I think we've all seen that he has the
persistence required :-)

I will start with my +1

Conor
