I have had issues being able to run OOo 3.4.0 with Panda 2012 as well as AVG.
I'm going to make sure I'm using an install without the JRE, however this could
be a blocker for people using the product. 

After opening a spreadsheet file, after about 60 seconds I receive the
OpenOffice.org Document Recovery and the program is locked and I have to force
a close.
