Managing Projects with Torque

Hi,

Can I keep each database project separate with Torque. Like a separate
folder for each different database which would have its own schema,
build.xml, src folder etc.

I mean I want to keep database definition and java code separate for each
database/database project.

Or I would appreciate any suggestions or guidelines about how to manage
multiple database projects.

I am using Eclipse IDE so is anybody managing the database project from with
Eclipse. So far I have kept Torque outside the IDE but I'm no sure is this
is the best way to use it.
