   @smitajoshi12 - Thanks for working on this. Looks like SCM leader info is not added. May be you can use below jmx query:
   
   jmx?qry=Hadoop:service=StorageContainerManager,name=StorageContainerManagerInfo,component=ServerRuntime
   
   and looks for below info to find out the leader.
