0.94, AWT Preview: Reverse page order

AWT Preview (MIME_FOP_AWT_PREVIEW) displays a FO-document in reverse page 
order if the document is too large to fit on a single page. FOP 0.20.5 AWT 
Preview displays it in the correct page order.
