We should add a page to the wiki that:


- describes the steps users need to follow to diagnose configuration issues
- provides a FAQ for common issues and the steps needed to resolve

This new page should be linked to from the [configuring stratos |https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/STRATOS/4.0.0+Configuring+Stratos] page.
