Does anybody have kind of develop documents about hadoop?

Hi buddies,
I'm new with Hadoop. As far as I know, the related infomation could be
retrieved through the project homepage, mailing list and Wiki. Do we have
any develop documents here? That will be more helpful for newcommers than
just the source code.

Thanks!
