JDK 11 Support

Hey Team,

On this long journey to JDK 11, we need to upgrade Hadoop.

With the release of Hadoop 3.3.1, some of the issues I've had thus far
upgrading were unblocked.  However, it seems like the upgrade has caused
all the Replication tests to fail.  I am not very familiar with these
tests.  I was wondering if someone with more knowledge can assist in
fixing this regression.
