Expression of Interest in GSoC 2023 Project - [GSoC][Doris]Dictionary Encoding Acceleration

Hello Mentors,

I am writing to express my interest in the [GSoC][Doris]Dictionary Encoding
Acceleration project for Apache Doris. I was thrilled to learn about this
project, and I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to it.

As a computer science student, I have experience in working with MPP
architecture, and I understand the importance of high-performance
analytical databases. I am confident that I can make a significant
contribution to this project and further enhance my skills.

Regarding the project requirements, I have gone through the background and
task descriptions and can say that I have a good understanding of the
project's objectives. Furthermore, I have worked on optimizing memory usage
in previous projects, and I believe I can apply this experience to evaluate
the effectiveness of full dictionary encoding.

I am eager to learn and collaborate with the Apache Doris community, and I
am confident that this project will provide an excellent opportunity to do
so. I am ready to dedicate the necessary time and effort required for this
project and believe that I can meet the project's expectations and deliver
quality work.

this project to successfully apply for this project? Am I too late for this
