[jira] [Resolved] (LOG4J2-1054) PatternLayout in Socket appender writes the stacktrace of an exception to the socket, after it has written the pattern.

Anders Kreinøe resolved LOG4J2-1054.

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Going to the code, to see if I could create a patch, made me aware of the alwaysWriteExceptions setting of PatternLayout. I do not now how i could overlook that in the documentation. Sorry about that.
