Need nimBLE details

Hello Sir, I need below details regarding nimBLE Bluetooth stack. Could you
please reply the same?

1. Can I use nimBLE in any operating system? I mean, can I use it for any
platform independent source code?
2. Do I need to purchase the complete source code from you?
3. https://github.com/apache/mynewt-nimble: is this the url link where the
complete nimBLE source code is available.?
4. Any memory constraints are there in nimBLE stack?
