### Description
## Description
Add a test module `manager-test`.
When you want to test any module in `InLong-Manger`, you just need to depend `manager-test` module and no longer need to write any `application-test.yml` or some sql schema file, such as `apache_inlong_manager.sql`.
## Use case
Extend `BaseTest` class in your test file:
### InLong Component
InLong Manager
